Wild Peach Palm Seed - Mpirivuma
The seeds can be dried roasted and crushed to make powdered coffee. It is rich in fiber, carbohydrates, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Folic acid, Potassium, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorous, and Zinc. Drunk regularly, coffee has numerous benefits.
Rosemary
Rosemary is a member of the mint family Lamiaceae. It is a fragrant evergreen herb native to the Mediterranean. It not only tastes good in culinary dishes, but is also rich in iron, calcium, and vitamin B-6. It is typically prepared as a whole dried herb or a dried powdered extract, while teas and liquid extracts are made from fresh or dried leaves.
